It's hard to believe that so many of the bedraggled Echinacea sprouts that languished in my fridge for a year have survived, and even look healthy! You can see that some of the seedlings have a slightly fuzzy true leaf growing now. Click on the photo to see it enlarged.

Echinacea purpurea seedlings looking good!
It's hard to believe that so many of the bedraggled Echinacea sprouts that languished in my fridge for a year have survived, and even look healthy! You can see that some of the seedlings have a slightly fuzzy true leaf growing now. Click on the photo to see it enlarged.
